Job summary

Capital Contracts and Technology Solutions is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager / Coordinator to drive international project opportunities from a remote-first setup. You will identify potential clients, arrange initial discussions, and coordinate with senior consultants and leadership.

The role emphasizes professional communication with contractors, employers, developers, EPCs, consultants and project teams.

Qualifications

B2B sales or business development experience with clients.
Experience coordinating proposals and client activities.
Strong English communication and professional emails.

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients, projects and decision-makers.
Contact prospects via LinkedIn, email, calls and approved channels.
Arrange introductory calls and discovery meetings for senior consultants.
Understand client needs across contracts, claims, project controls and digital workflows.
Maintain CRM records, follow-up actions and opportunity status.
Prepare briefing notes before sales calls with background and services.
Support proposal preparation, capability statements and follow-ups.
Coordinate with technical consultants and AYATA platform team as needed.
Track sales pipeline, weekly activity and next actions.
Represent the company professionally and avoid unapproved commitments.
