Job summary

MicroSourcing (Metro Manila – Remote) is seeking a GIS Developer to design and manage GIS solutions for fiber network planning. You will automate workflows with ArcPy and Python, build interactive maps, and integrate GIS with CAD tools like AutoCAD and MicroStation.

You will work with ArcGIS Online/Enterprise and implement geospatial analyses, routing, and cost estimation in a collaborative, shift-based schedule. A Bachelor’s in GIS or related field and 3+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of GIS development experience, preferably in telecom, engineering, or construction.
Strong proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, Online, and related Esri technologies.
Experience with Python scripting for GIS automation (ArcPy, Pandas, NumPy).
Knowledge of spatial databases (PostGIS, SQL Server, Oracle).

Responsibilities

Develop and manage GIS solutions to support fiber network design and planning.
Build custom geoprocessing tools and automate GIS workflows using Python (ArcPy, Pandas, NumPy).
Develop and maintain interactive web maps with ArcGIS API for JavaScript, Leaflet, or OpenLayers.
Integrate GIS data with CAD platforms like AutoCAD and MicroStation for telecom projects.
Perform spatial analysis, routing optimization, and cost estimation for fiber networks.
Configure ArcGIS Online/Enterprise/Portal environments and maintain GIS data and assets.
