Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan J-Recruit Sdn Bhd on behalf of an international gaming company is hiring a Game Customer Service Representative to work fully remotely from the Philippines. You will support players across chat, email, and ticketing channels for US market, around the clock.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, excellent English, and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure. Nights, weekends, and holidays shifts are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (gaming industry a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Comfort working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays (24/7 support coverage).
• Basic proficiency with CRM or customer support tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to player inquiries about gameplay, features, and technical issues
• Help players troubleshoot account, payment, and gameplay problems
• Guide players on rules, strategies, and ongoing promotions
• Log and track interactions using our support platform
• Escalate complex issues to development and QA teams as needed
• Flag recurring player feedback trends to help improve the product
