Job summary

BruntWork, a high-end design firm, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle accounting from a remote location. You will handle AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and GL maintenance while coordinating with an external CPA for tax work.

Qualifications

• Must have FC Bookkeeper experience and GAAP knowledge.
• Proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of accounting: AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Coordinate with external CPA for tax preparation.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
