SVEN in the Philippines is seeking a Project/Program Manager to drive planning, delivery, and satisfaction across client projects. You will coordinate with Account Management, Servicing, and Finance to define scope, budgets, and timelines, while leading Scrum/Agile practices and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires 2–5 years in project management, strong Agile/Lean knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work on-site if needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional program & projects
• Proven ability to manage timelines and dependencies
• Experience supporting multiple teams in a software development environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Willing to work on-site if required, but have flexibility to work from anywhere
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist or equivalent certification
• Experience in Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile environments

Responsabilidades

• Define, strategize, and justify the project plan with internal teams
• Collaborate with Account Management, Servicing, and Finance teams
• Implement and monitor project plan to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
• Report accurate project status to management and stakeholders
• Support Servicing workload capacity and client satisfaction
