Job summary

SVEN - The Digital 1st Agency in Quezon City seeks a mid-level Project/Program Manager to define and coordinate project plans with internal teams, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and time. You will collaborate with Account Management, Servicing, and Finance to align project inclusions and timelines.

The role requires Scrum/Agile expertise, strong stakeholder management, and experience guiding multiple teams in software development. Hybrid work setup with on-site presence in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0ish degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 1 to 3 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional programs and projects
• Proven ability to manage timelines and dependencies
• Experience supporting multiple teams in a software development environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Willing to work on-site if required, with flexibility to work from anywhere
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification
• Experience in Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile environments
• Experience working with product, engineering, and business teams
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Must be willing to report on a Hybrid setup (office in Quezon City)

Responsibilities

• Define, strategize, and justify project plans with internal teams (allocation, timelines, budget, process)
• Collaborate with Account Management, Servicing, and Finance teams to determine project inclusions and tasks
• Define, monitor, and justify the overall plan for the project across teams
• Implement and monitor execution to meet project schedule, budget, and quality goals
• Proactively identify risks and issues and mitigate them timely
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives for ongoing projects
• Aid Servicing and Account teams in workload capacity, competency, and satisfaction
