Job summary

Expedock is seeking an Operations Support professional to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for international freight forwarding activities. This role focuses on monitoring inboxes, registering jobs, creating shipments, and managing documentation.

You will coordinate with teams, follow up on requirements, and help ensure on-time processing. The role suits someone with freight/logistics experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely from a home

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or operations support.
• Experience handling shipment documentation and operational processes.
• Familiarity with CargoWise is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Able to manage a high volume of emails and tasks.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple jobs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational inboxes and register jobs from order level.
• Review incoming shipment details and ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Create shipments and consoles in CargoWise.
• Handle e-DOCing and upload required shipment documents.
• Follow up on EDOs, telex releases, customs holds, and other operational requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to obtain missing information or documents.
• Update shipment records and systems with the latest information.
• Maintain accurate and organized shipment documentation.
• Monitor assigned jobs and follow up on outstanding operational requirements.
• Support other forwarding and operations-related administrative tasks as needed.
