Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 3–5 years of logistics, freight forwarding or operations support experience.
• Willing and able to work on a shifting schedule and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to Cubao and Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Arrange shipment bookings, order management, warehousing, transport assignments and pickups according to client and carrier requirements.
• Handle Airfreight and Seafreight B-job registration and documentation.
• Prepare and process operational documents including cargo arrival notices, invoices, outturn reports, and other required documentation.
• Correspond professionally with clients, carriers, vendors and internal departments to address shipment inquiries and resolve operational issues via call or email.
• Monitor shipment milestones and escalate issues or deviations to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Recommend process improvements, assist in development and revision of SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
