Job summary

eJam is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for multiple brands from kickoff to signed offer. You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, build talent pools, and design outbound campaigns while running first-round interviews and coordinating offers.

You'll manage scheduling, feedback, and onboarding handoffs, handling confidential leadership searches with discretion. This is a fully remote role supporting Latin America, with USD compensation and budget ownership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years full-cycle recruiting, owning roles from kickoff to signed offer.
• Experience recruiting for or with a US-based company — marketing, advertising, eCommerce, or agency is ideal.
• Fully fluent professional English, written and spoken; daily live video calls with US candidates.
• Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience with active use of Boolean strings, projects, InMail campaigns, talent pools.
• Hands-on Workable experience with reqs, pipelines, and offers.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing, screening, outreach, research, and automation.
• Comfortable owning a budget for job boards, sponsored postings, or agency costs and reporting on them.
• Ability to manage 10–15 searches simultaneously across departments and seniority levels.
• Respect for schedule flexibility given the US time zones.

• Source through LinkedIn Recruiter and build talent pools you can draw on again.
• Design multi-step outbound campaigns: email sequences, InMail cadences, thoughtful follow-ups.
• Run first-round interviews and be the voice candidates associate with eJam.
• Keep scheduling, feedback, and communication moving through every stage.
• Prepare offers and hand off smoothly into onboarding.
• Handle confidential and leadership searches with discretion.
