Complete Development (CoDev) in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a US client. This work-from-home, full-time role covers night shifts and involves helping customers and merchants with financing questions, payments, and account issues.

You will resolve problems, document interactions, and maintain high service quality. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer service, CRM experience (HubSpot a plus), and the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or support experience.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, or similar.
• Experience using a CRM.
• HubSpot experience is a plus, but not required.
• Support through multiple channels: phone, chat, and email.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions independently.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet and suitable remote workspace.
• Ability to work the assigned night shift consistently (PH time).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and merchants by phone, chat, and email.
• Answer questions about financing, applications, payments, accounts, and other support issues.
• Troubleshoot customer and merchant issues and determine solutions.
• Take ownership from start to resolution when possible.
• Explain processes and information clearly to customers and merchants.
• Document interactions accurately in our CRM.
• Follow procedures while using good judgment for investigations.
• Identify recurring problems and communicate trends to the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for complex issues.
• Manage multiple conversations with accuracy and professionalism.
• Protect customer information per company policies.
• Create a positive experience for every customer and merchant interaction.
