Job summary

Veta Virtual is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a fast-growing fintech client. You will be the first voice customers hear, resolving issues and guiding users through account setup and platform features.

You will handle calls, emails and chats with a friendly, professional approach, using scripts and CRM to document each interaction. Some light technical troubleshooting and escalation are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Friendly, patient and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls, chats and emails.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and documentation practices.
• Experience in customer service or technical support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact via calls, emails and chats.
• Guide customers through account setup, transactions and platform features.
• Troubleshoot basic issues (login, wallet, transactions) and escalate when needed.
• Locate accounts and case history and document interactions in CRM.
• Escalate complex issues with clarity to specialist teams.
