iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to support Workday Adaptive Planning, ERP modules, and related reporting tools.

This role emphasizes model maintenance, data accuracy, and process improvements across finance systems. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of FP&A system experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting financial systems or FP&A apps.
• Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning, QAD ERP, SAP ERP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users; maintain models, dimensions, versions, levels, accounts, and security settings; support planning cycles; troubleshoot user issues; create reports, dashboards, sheets, and integrations; support testing and release management; document configurations and processes.
• Administer ERP finance modules and integrations; monitor data integrations between Adaptive Planning, ERP and other apps; perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance; support reporting tools and BI solutions; maintain master data consistency.
• Participate in finance systems enhancement projects and implementations; identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting; assist with UAT, training, and change management; support audit and compliance requirements.
