Cloud Accountant Staffing LLC is seeking a Planning Data Specialist to support a US wealth management firm in a 100% remote, full-time independent contractor role. You will translate client data into eMoney plans, build initial scenarios, and keep households consistent and ready for review.

You will enter household data, verify figures, and maintain strict confidentiality while aligning with US business hours when needed. Familiarity with eMoney Advisor, RightCapital, or MoneyGuidePro is a plus.

Qualificações

• Attention to detail with financial data and statements.
• Ability to translate client files into planning software fields.
• Experience reading brokerage, retirement, and insurance statements.

Responsabilidades

• Data entry and plan setup in eMoney with accuracy and consistency.
• Build initial plan scenarios and ensure readiness for advisor review.
• Flag missing data and report progress to the advisory team.
