Living In A Bubble seeks a Financial Controller to own the monthly close, consolidation, and management reporting from a remote, PH-based location. You will coordinate an external bookkeeper, ensure filings are timely, and build SOPs and controls for audit readiness.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, cross-border accounting across five regimes, and a path toward Head of Finance as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Close discipline: calendar, reconciliations and timely close ownership.
• Management reporting experience including KPI scorecards and P&L analysis.
• Independent contractor experience with remote setups and accountability.
• Cross-border accounting: multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation skills.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close and consolidation across entities.
• Oversee indirect tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead management reporting and KPI development for executives.
• Analyze pricing and landed costs; support margin and cost controls.
• Create SOPs and control documents; ensure audit readiness.
