Cloud Accountant Staffing LLC is hiring a fully remote onboarding specialist to guide US accounting clients through their CAS setup. You’ll lead onboarding calls, ensure complete data, and flag early concerns for the sales team. This is a full-time independent contractor role with exclusivity, working from home with US hours.

You’ll create guides and templates, document best practices, and help clients see value quickly, delivering a predictable, smooth first month.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding clients and guiding them through new processes.
• Ability to create clear guides, checklists, and documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to explain complex ideas simply.
• Comfortable working US business hours from home.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding calls and walk new clients through how CAS works.
• Ensure setup and account details are complete and accurate.
• Flag early concerns to sales/placement to prevent lost opportunities.
• Check in with clients during first months to build confidence and value.
