Cloud Accountant Staffing - Careers seeks a detail-oriented Data Entry & Plan Setup contractor to support a US wealth management firm. You’ll translate client data into eMoney plans, build initial scenarios, and ensure every household detail is accurate and review-ready.

Independent, self-directed remote work with strict confidentiality and alignment to US business hours or overlaps. Prior experience with eMoney or similar tools is preferred; strong written English required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with numbers and data accuracy.
• Understanding retirement accounts, insurance, and basic tax treatment.
• Comfort reading brokerage and retirement statements.

Responsibilities

• Enter client household data into eMoney: income, expenses, assets, liabilities.
• Translate client files into correct eMoney fields.
• Build initial plan scenarios for advisor review, e.g., retirement at 60 vs 65.
• Flag missing information and report progress to the advisory team.
