Job summary

VAP is seeking an Australian Financial Planning Assistant to support the implementation of financial advice and to prepare key planning documentation. You will follow established processes, handle client data, and assist the planning team with administration while developing technical knowledge.

The role offers the potential to work onsite at Cebu IT Park or Davao Robinsons Cybergate Delta, with openness to remote work. Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new workflows are essential.

Qualifications

• > Experience in financial planning implementation.
• < Familiarity with SOAs, ROAs and related documentation.
• < Strong attention to detail and accuracy with client/advice data.
• < Ability to follow established processes and learn new workflows quickly.
• < Strong organisational and time management skills.
• < Good analytical skills with financial and client information.
• < Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• < Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• < Willingness to support other financial planning administration tasks.
• < Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning systems.
• < Preferably onsite in Cebu (IT Park) or Davao (Robinsons Cybergate Delta) but open to WFH.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of financial planning strategies and advice.
• Prepare and maintain Strategy Sheets, SOAs, ROAs, and related documentation.
• Accurately process client and advice information in accordance with established procedures.
• Review documentation to ensure information is complete, accurate, and consistent.
• Follow established implementation workflows and complete required administrative tasks.
• Assist with maintaining accurate client records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with financial planners and other team members to progress implementation activities.
• Support additional financial planning administration tasks as required.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up with the appropriate team members.
• Maintain organised files and documentation while meeting required deadlines.
• Continue developing knowledge of financial planning processes, systems, and implementation procedures.
