Job summary

Adaca seeks a Finance Systems Administrator to bridge Finance, ICT and external suppliers. You will oversee ERP and financial reporting systems, ensure data integrity, and translate technical concepts for financial stakeholders.

You will lead system improvements, manage integrations and changes, and deliver reliable financial reporting. This role is remote and initially a 6-month contract, with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

Strong ERP experience in finance environments.
Able to liaise between Finance, IT and Senior Leaders.
Experience developing financial reports in Power BI Online.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Proactive attitude and ability to pick up processes quickly.
Capable of working autonomously or in teams.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for finance business systems, resolving report discrepancies and system issues.
Administer the chart of accounts, master data, reporting structures, mappings, and business rules; ensure data integrity and reliable reporting outputs.
Maintain budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes with accurate source data and timely stakeholder reporting.
Manage user access, authorizations, and delegations across finance and reporting systems with internal controls.
