Outsourced.ph is seeking a Homebased AU Finance Manager (CPA) to lead finance operations across accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations and controls.

Reporting to the CFO, you will drive month-end processes, management reporting, and financial modelling, while supporting acquisitions and due diligence in a growing offshore group.

The role suits a CPA with 5–10 years of experience who enjoys variety and process improvement, with an eye toward AI-enabled automation of finance tasks.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA qualification with strong accounting discipline.
• 5–10 years in finance; mix of corporate and advisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with month-end reporting, reconciliations and controls.
• Interest in AI and automation to optimise processes.

Responsibilities

• Finance Operations: AP, payroll, expense processing and reconciliations.
• Month-end reporting, journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Acquisitions & due diligence support for clinic investments.
• Projects: build scalable processes and automate finance tasks.
