Job summary

Adaca is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to bridge Finance and ICT, supporting ERP and financial reporting systems. You’ll lead system improvements, manage integrations, and ensure reliable financial outputs for stakeholders.

The role requires strong ERP experience, SAP B1/Concur knowledge, and the ability to translate financial needs into technical specs. This is a six-month independent contractor role, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a Finance-IT liaison role.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP B1, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication between Finance, ICT and leadership.
• Experience developing financial reports in Power BI Online.
• Experience with external clients/companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for finance systems and resolve report discrepancies.
• Administer chart of accounts, master data, structures, mappings, and business rules.
• Maintain budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes with reliable data outputs.
• Manage user access and authorisations ensuring internal controls.
