We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Finance Controller Manager to strengthen financial governance, internal control, and business visibility within a dynamic multisector organization. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure the integrity, reliability, and timely delivery of financial information while supporting strategic decision‑making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Coordinate financial consolidation across multiple business units and legal entities.
• Support strategic initiatives, CAPEX evaluations, and business performance analysis.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Present financial insights, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary controllership team.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in controllership, finance, accounting, audit, or financial planning.
• 4–6 years in leadership roles managing teams.
• Experience in corporate groups or companies with multiple business entities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, internal control, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Intelisis, or similar.
• Power BI and financial automation experience are a plus.
