Job summary

The Back Room Offshoring Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to own the day-to-day rhythm of the finance department, supervising a team across AP, billing, AR, and tax while maintaining cash flow and banking relationships. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will drive accurate month-end closes and cash-flow forecasts and ensure strong internal controls.

This role offers visibility into operations and a path to strategic finance leadership within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant Finance or Accounting experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Finance Operations including AP, Billing, AR, and Tax.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and financial risk.
• Provide cash-flow forecasts and variance analysis.
• Lead Billing & Collections and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Payments; maintain internal controls.
• Support audits and month-end close with strong documentation.
