Job summary

Huzzle is looking for a Finance Operations lead to own billing, payroll, and internal reporting from a fully remote setup. You’ll drive invoicing, subscriptions (Stripe), payroll alignment, and margin analyses, with oversight across global clients and contractors.

We value ownership, process improvement, and data-driven insights. Proficiency with Google Sheets, Stripe, Notion, Slack, and Zoom is preferred; HubSpot/Gusto/Xero experience is a plus. Start immediately.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in finance operations, billing or payroll roles.
• End-to-end ownership of invoicing, payroll setup, subscriptions, refunds and reporting.
• Ability to audit and clean up financial processes across client accounts and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Own billing and client finance workflows, including Stripe subscriptions.
• Set up payroll for new hires and align with client billing.
• Regularly reconcile payments, audits, and financial data.
• Identify bottlenecks and help update SOPs and metrics (gross margin, payroll accuracy).
