Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Homebased AU Finance Manager (CPA) to lead finance operations, reporting, acquisitions, due diligence, modelling, controls, payroll, and scalable process improvements. This full-time role is based in the Philippines with a remote work setup focused on integrating finance functions for the group.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA, demonstrates strong Excel and financial modelling skills, and can manage month-end processes, internal controls, and reporting while leveraging

Qualifications

• CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong accounting fundamentals.
• Experience in an accounting firm, ideally including audit, transaction services or a similar discipline.
• Subsequent commercial experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Accountant, Corporate Accountant or similar.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with month-end reporting, reconciliations and financial controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to check your own work.
• The ability to move comfortably between detailed transactional work and higher-level financial analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An interest in technology, AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processing and supplier management.
• Process payroll across clinics and corporate team.
• Perform bank reconciliations and expense reimbursements.
• Prepare month-end workpapers and reconciliations; assist journals and accruals.
• Update management reporting and financial models; prepare board materials.
