Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is hiring an Assistant Finance Operations Manager to oversee offshore finance operations, including AP/AR processing, reconciliations, and cash application. You will supervise the team, monitor SLAs, and drive process improvements and automation.

The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure scalable, accurate financial operations and smooth month-end close. A strong background in finance operations and supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in accounting/finance operations with strong controls and processes.
• 1+ year supervision or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience supporting recurring finance processes with SLAs, quality controls, and issue resolution.
• Exposure to ERP/workflow tools and finance automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support offshore finance operations team members handling AP processing, vendor maintenance, invoice coding, payment processing, AR support, cash application and reconciliations.
• Oversee daily workflows, monitor queues, and ensure timely task completion per service levels.
• Review transactions, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Assist with AP/AR reconciliations related to acquisitions or integrations and process transitions.
• Support integrations between Workday and third-party banking platforms and payment solutions.
