• 3–7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations.
• Hands-on experience managing core accounting processes.
• Experience producing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
• Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), financial documentation, and controls.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready financial records.
• Monitor weekly cash flow and liquidity, including burn rate and runway.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; build forecasts and budgets.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and KPIs; support leadership with insights.
