Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader for the Metro Manila area. The role oversees daily AP operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, coding, and timely payments while guiding the AP team to deliver high-quality financial control. You will lead an AP team, drive process improvements, and maintain strong internal controls to support the broader finance function and organisational objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience leading or supervising an AP team.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Accounts Payable team.
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes and timeliness.
• Ensure invoices are coded to general ledger accounts.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee payment runs and month-end activities.
• Ensure GST/compliance and audit readiness.
• Monitor aged payables and provide management insights.
