You will combine hands-on accounting execution with process improvements, ensuring invoices and payments are tracked, and financial visibility is enhanced for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable or financial operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with invoicing, AR and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with QuickBooks and digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day receivables administration and invoicing.
• Track invoices, payments, and AR aging; follow up on delinquencies.
• Maintain AR records and reconciliation with payables.
• Prepare AR and cash flow reports for leadership.
• Support accounting workflows and automation initiatives.
