Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration; MBA, CPA, CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• 5+ years in finance leadership and people management.
• Experience leading FP&A in multi-location, consumer-facing or complex environments.
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations including expansion or acquisitions.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and Boards.
• Advanced financial modeling with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, cash flow, capital allocation and performance metrics.
• Experience with long-range planning, scenario models and business cases.
• M&A modeling, due diligence and integration preferred.
• Knowledge of FP&A systems and BI tools; Excel advanced; Power BI preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and executive communication.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and drive improvements across an organization.

Responsibilities
