Job summary

Pavago is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support our finance and operations team. You’ll manage AR, AP, sales commissions, and reconciliations while maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks or similar systems.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate with finance and sales to ensure invoices, payments, commissions, and reporting are accurate and timely. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional accounting experience (AR/AP)
• Salesforce experience is mandatory
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or Bill.com
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable: invoices, aging, collections
• Manage Accounts Payable: vendor invoices, payments, records
• Handle Sales Commission calculations and reporting
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations; assist month-end close
• Generate financial and operational reports; ensure data accuracy across systems
