Job summary

Alpha Pro Partners is seeking a Finance Manager to lead our remote accounting team and supervise a portfolio of clients. This full-time, work-from-home role requires strong leadership, technical accounting expertise, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA, at least 8 years of accounting experience, and 4 years in a leadership position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
CPA qualification is required.
Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience.
At least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
Experience in an accounting practice is essential.
Strong knowledge of General Accounting and Financial Reporting.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Accounting Supervisors.
Manage a portfolio of accounting clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Oversee client onboarding and implementation processes.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of work.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
Work closely with senior leadership to achieve business objectives.
Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
