You will answer calls during US Eastern business hours (overnight Philippine time) and connect families to the right ANNA team with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing phone role, ideally supporting US healthcare.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a warm, clear phone presence for US callers.
• Experience using a CRM or ticketing system.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls during US Eastern business hours and return voicemails promptly.
• Route calls to the right team with full context for warm handoffs.
• Log every interaction in the CRM with accurate notes and follow privacy policies.
• Track call volume and common reasons, sharing insights with the operations team.
