Job summary

ANNA Autism Care in the Philippines is seeking a Family Access Coordinator to be the first voice families hear, handling calls across US Eastern hours and routing to the right ANNA team with warmth and clarity.

You will log interactions in our CRM, uphold HIPAA privacy, and perform warm handoffs to ensure families are guided efficiently and accurately. This full-time contractor role includes health stipend, flexible time off, and growth in operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing phone role, ideally supporting US healthcare.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a warm phone presence for US callers.
• Experience working in a CRM or ticketing system.
• Availability to work full-time on US Eastern business hours (overnight Philippine time).
• Own reliable computer and headset, high-speed internet, backup power, and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls during US Eastern business hours and return voicemails promptly.
• Answer questions about ANNA's services, locations, and what to expect for new families.
• Support families who are newly diagnosed with patience and clear next steps.
• Connect callers to the right team and complete warm handoffs with full context.
• Escalate urgent concerns through ANNA's escalation protocol.
• Log every interaction in the CRM with accurate notes and maintain privacy per HIPAA policies.
