Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, seeks a Leadership Development Lead based in Spain for a seasonal, remote role across Europe. You will mentor about 15–20 leaders, support onboarding, performance reviews, scheduling, and regional initiatives in a dynamic international environment.

You will work with regional leaders to boost morale, engagement, and staff development, conduct field visits 2–3 times per season, and contribute to leadership programs and interview activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading trips and mentoring field staff.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, facilitation, and people‑development capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to act as a trusted “leader among leaders.”
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with broader strategic view.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, able to influence performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Leadership Development point of contact for assigned regions, guiding Leaders and Trip Planning Specialists on performance and development.
• Partner with regional leadership to strengthen morale, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate region‑specific people operations activities, including certifications and medical appointments.
• Welcome and onboard new Leaders and Trip Planning Specialists, guiding onboarding initiatives.
• Oversee leadership development processes, including pre‑trip training, mid‑season check‑ins, and end‑of‑season reviews.
• Mentor 15–20 Leaders through regular coaching and development support.
• Coach staff, address concerns constructively, and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee performance management activities and follow up on improvement actions.
• Support career progression, targeted coaching, and disciplinary processes with consistency.
• Collaborate with regional management to run meetings and develop training content.
• Travel to field sites with 2–3 visits per season.
• Participate in scheduling reviews and collaborate on coverage planning.
• Contribute to New Leader Training and potentially interview activities.
• May lead one trip during the contract period or assist with interviews if needed.
