Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an experienced Estimator to translate architectural plans into accurate cost insights for complex construction projects. You will review specs, calculate materials, and prepare pricing proposals for global clients while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

This full-time role offers a temporary work-from-home setup with a day shift in PH time, salary PHP 55,000 to PHP 80,000, and benefits including HMO, salary advances, and upskilling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of estimating or construction-related experience.
• Experience reviewing architectural plans, specs and schedules.
• Experience preparing project pricing and understanding contracts.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Strong adaptability, planning and time management.

Responsibilities

• Interpret information from architectural plans, specs and schedules.
• Estimate construction materials for projects (louvres, metal doors preferred).
• Review and prioritize pricing requests.
• Analyze tenders to determine resources for costing.
• Prepare and present detailed pricing proposals.
