Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an Estimator to price and win targeted construction projects by analyzing requirements, sourcing strategically, and collaborating with business development. This role focuses on maximizing win rates, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate pricing.

The position offers a full-time day shift with temporary work-from-home in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines, with a salary range of PHP 55,000 to PHP 80,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architectural studies.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience, reviewing architectural plans, specifications, and schedules; preparing project pricing; and understanding contracts.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent planning, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and extract information from architectural plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Demonstrate extensive skill in estimating building construction materials for the supply and installation of louvres and metal doors (preferred but not essential).
• Review and prioritize incoming pricing requests.
• Review project tender requests, summarize overall requirements, and determine the time and resources needed to provide accurate pricing.
• Source material and external pricing required to complete cost estimates.
• Prepare and present targeted project pricing to deliver comprehensive and professional proposals.
• Conduct internal quote follow-ups for targeted projects through phone, email, or in-person coordination.
• Price project variations throughout the duration of the project.
• Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
