Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree holder in Educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).
• Availability at peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT).
• Punctual and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide 10/20/30/40 minute online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
• Maintain strong responsibility over classes and student outcomes.
