Job summary

ScalableOS is seeking a Billing and Accounts Specialist to review fulfilled sales paperwork, stage contracts in ERP, and manage recurring billing. You will generate P&L reports, assist with meter billing, respond to inquiries, and prepare account reviews for the Sales team.

This remote role requires long-term, night-shift work aligned with US time zones. Strong English communication, professional email writing, and solid Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills for daily tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with the team.
• Strong English communication and professional email writing.
• Intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, arithmetic, VLOOKUP).
• Demonstrated ability to spot irregularities in reports.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and other business tools or systems.

Responsibilities

• Review paperwork after sales have been fulfilled.
• Set up/stage support and maintenance contracts in the ERP system.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, or annual billing.
• Run system-generated profit-and-loss reports and identify irregularities.
• Support meter billing, including outbound calls for missing readings.
• Respond to internal enquiries regarding contract coverage.
• Prepare account reviews for the Sales team.
• Export and manipulate system reports using Excel.
