Job summary

Studiopere Consultancy seeks an Admin and Education Counsellor to promote partner institutions to international students and guide them from enquiry to enrolment. This role builds strong relationships with students, families, and partner institutions to ensure a smooth pathway from enquiry to enrolment.

You will drive recruitment by assisting applications, scholarships, and visa documentation, while maintaining CRM records and representing the agency at events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business or a related field.
• Experience in student recruitment, counselling, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information and personalised guidance to students and families on study options at partner institutions.
• Assess students' academic qualifications, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
• Assist students with applications, scholarships, and documentation for admissions and visas.
• Represent the agency at educational fairs, workshops, webinars, and other recruitment events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and community organisations to generate leads.
• Act as a liaison between prospective students and partner institutions to facilitate admissions processes.
• Guide students through completing applications and securing required documentation, ensuring compliance with partner and visa requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in visa policies and procedures to provide accurate information.
• Identify and develop opportunities in new and existing international student markets.
• Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, applications, and placements in the CRM system.
