Job summary

ASVW PH INCORPORATED is seeking a devoted Course Advisor to manage student inquiries, enrollments, and course information. You will handle sales calls, email responses, CRM updates, and weekly reporting, while coordinating with managers and trainers to ensure a seamless student experience.

You should have strong English communication, customer-service mindset, and a background in education or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, communications, English, or related field.
• Experience in teaching, online tutoring, or school environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to follow up with cold, warm and hot clients and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take and make sales calls about the courses offered.
• Respond to student email inquiries and update CRMs.
• Generate weekly reports as needed and manage XPM tasks.
• Coordinate with the Manager and trainers; conduct school webinars.
• Ensure proper handling of inquiries about enrolment, courses, and concerns.
