Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Client Account Manager to drive new business growth with existing Tier 3 and 4 accounts. You will maintain relationships, collaborate with BV solutions, and guide pursuits.

You will set account strategies, work with the Client Segment Director on complex solutions, and ensure client satisfaction across regional engagements. Travel and remote work may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in power, renewable or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering; relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Strong sales and BD acumen with strategic thinking.
• Customer-focused with result-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement from identification to capture.
• Maintain updated client CRM and governance.
• Develop and follow sector-specific account plans.
• Generate and qualify sales and marketing leads.
• Collaborate on client strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction and conduct surveys.
