Slash Staffing is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations in a permanent, full-time, fully remote role based in the Philippines. Working with UKG / Pay Pro, you will own the gross-to-net cycle and maintain auditable records.

This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with wage and payroll tax rules, timely payments, and clear communication with HR and staff. Strong problem-solving and meticulous data handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience processing payroll end-to-end using UKG / Pay Pro.
• Strong understanding of gross-to-net calculations and payroll taxes.
• Experience with time and attendance systems and timesheet validation.
• Ability to manage high-volume payroll inquiries with clear communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Full work authorization in the Philippines (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle payroll using UKG/Pay Pro, including off-cycle and retro pay.
• Audit timesheets, hours, wage rates, deductions and approvals.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain compliance with wage, hour, and payroll tax regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting to keep data current and support reconciliations.
