Job summary

SmartOutsourcing Solution is seeking a Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll operations for multiple entities across countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise Payroll Associates, validate data, and coordinate with Sprout HRIS, QuickBooks Online, and local statutory bodies.

The role requires 4–6 years of payroll experience, strong DOLE/BIR knowledge, and proficiency with Sprout, QuickBooks Online, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 4–6 years end-to-end payroll processing experience with supervision.
• Proficient with Sprout HRIS, BPI Online Payroll, and QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll runs across multiple entities and countries.
• Validate payroll data: attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions.
• Oversee statutory deductions and 13th-month pay.
• Ensure timely remittance and filing of statutory reports.
• Supervise Payroll Associates for accuracy and consistency.
• Integrate payroll data with QuickBooks Online for accounting.
• Prepare payroll journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Manage regional payroll operations and policy consistency.
• Drive automation projects for data flow and reconciliation.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
