Job summary

Spectrum One is hiring an Employee Experience Specialist to run the daily functions of the People Operations department, empower employees, and manage lifecycle in the workplace. The role focuses on Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, and Learning & Development, with a passion for building scalable processes and supporting a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a People Operations, HR, or Administrative role, with a strong focus on engagement, onboarding, or internal communications.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and MS Office applications.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) for internal company announcements and communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Close attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Highly creative with a proactive, high-agency mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Employee Engagement: plan events, track participation, and drive engagement programs.
• Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: manage onboarding, orientations, and policy familiarization.
• Learning & Development: support mentorship, learning calendars, and positive growth opportunities.
