Spectrum One is a strategic engineering partner for startups and established firms, now hiring a People Operations Associate. You will support HR and administrative operations, emphasizing process quality and autonomy in a remote-first setup with a weekly office visit.

The role offers a broad range of responsibilities from timekeeping and benefits to employee engagement and facilities management, with strong emphasis on accuracy and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; able to manage timesheets and benefits.
• Experience with timekeeping software or HRIS is a plus; Canva for announcements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate timesheets for payroll and client billing with high accuracy.
• Manage leave, overtime requests, and Leave Management Tracker.
• Coordinate with HMO provider for enrollments, renewals, and inquiries.
• Support probationary evaluations and COE requests with timely turnaround.
• Design internal communications and coordinate quarterly health and wellness programs.
• Ensure office facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
