Two Connect in the Philippines is seeking an Embedded Network Support Specialist to support billing systems and smart metering data. The role focuses on accurate billing, data issue investigation, and maintaining customer records to improve billing processes.

This work-from-home position runs Monday to Friday, with a dayshift aligned to Australian business hours. Candidates should have experience in utility billing or embedded networks, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel;

Qualifications

• Experience in utility billing or embedded networks is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data issues.
• Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and billing validation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor smart metering data and investigate missing or substituted data.
• Configure and maintain smart meter installations and records.
• Perform billing cycle reviews and QA checks for accuracy.
• Generate and analyse billing, settlement, usage, and exception reports.
• Investigate and resolve billing anomalies; escalate complex issues.
• Maintain accurate embedded network client records; support new connections.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of billing and reporting processes.
