Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused professional to guide customers through their renewable energy journey, handling enquiries about solar systems, home batteries, installations, subscriptions, billing and technical support via phone, email, SMS and chat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or related field required.
• Experience in customer service, care, or technical support is essential.
• Experience in fast-paced sales, service or contact-centre environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding solar systems, home batteries, installations, subscriptions and other energy products.
• Support customers through pre-installation and post-installation activities, including appointment scheduling and status updates.
• Communicate with customers across phone, email, SMS and chat and aim to resolve enquiries at first contact where possible.
• Proactively follow up with customers when further action, information or escalation is required.
• Monitor customer systems via the optimisation software platform and provide timely troubleshooting.
• Assist with billing enquiries, payment plans, and subscriptions; manage overdue accounts per policy.
• Create and maintain customer accounts on billing platforms and verify subscription terms.
