Twoconnect Careers is hiring for a remote Customer Support Specialist in the Philippines. You will manage inquiries across solar systems, home batteries, installations, subscriptions, and billing while delivering excellent service through phone, email, SMS, and chat.

The role includes pre/post-installation support, scheduling, and documentation, plus collaboration with engineering and field teams to resolve issues. Prior experience in customer service and billing is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or related field is essential.
• Experience in customer service, customer care, technical support or similar is essential.
• Experience in fast-paced sales, service or contact-centre environment is essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication across telephone, email, SMS and chat is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to resolving customer enquiries are essential.
• Experience handling billing inquiries, payments or financial hardship matters is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding solar systems, home batteries, installations and subscriptions.
• Support customers through pre- and post-installation activities including scheduling and status updates.
• Communicate across telephone, email, SMS and chat channels and resolve queries at first contact when possible.
• Follow up proactively when further action or escalation is required.
• Monitor customer systems via optimisation software and provide timely troubleshooting.
• Assist with billing enquiries, payment plans, and subscriptions.
