Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee client relationships and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns for global clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact, ensuring campaigns align with KPIs and marketing goals while collaborating with strategists, designers and automation specialists.

This fully remote role focuses on CRM marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and data-driven optimization for SaaS, MarTech, and B2B clients within an independent contractor

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing account management.
• Experience handling client relationships in agencies or marketing teams.
• Hands-on with leading email platforms and campaign analytics.
• Strong understanding of metrics, deliverability, segmentation and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as main contact for email marketing initiatives.
• Plan and oversee execution of email campaigns and lifecycle flows.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and automation specialists.
• Analyze performance and provide insights to improve open rates, CTR and conversions.
• Develop email marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Ensure best practices for deliverability, segmentation, and personalization.
• Prepare reports and present results to clients.
• Manage timelines and campaign schedules for smooth execution.
• Keep up-to-date with email marketing trends and tools.
