SuperStaff is seeking an experienced Email Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist to lead our email initiatives and support broader digital marketing efforts. The role emphasizes campaign creation, automation, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, deliverability, and optimization.

The candidate will work in a primarily remote setup with occasional onsite attendance for meetings and events, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive outreach, content, and SEO-driven traffic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Experience managing email campaigns, automations, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing programs.
• Strong knowledge of email strategy, deliverability, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and analytics.
• Hands-on with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, EmailOctopus, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Brevo, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize and become the marketing expert for SuperStaff, aligning with brand voice and audience needs.
• Brainstorm growth strategies; analyze market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform data-driven plans.
• Identify trends in content and technologies; optimize conversion points and user funnels; conduct competitive research.
